2. Data we may collect

We may process your name, professional contact details, employer or principal, vessel name, port of call, ETA, requested products or services, correspondence and any information you choose to include in an enquiry. Our hosting and security providers may also process IP address, browser, device and request-log information.

Please do not include passports, health information, payment-card data or other sensitive personal data in a general enquiry.

4. Who may receive data

Data may be shared only where needed with hosting, IT and email providers; vessel agents and operational partners involved in a requested delivery; professional advisers; and public authorities where legally required. Providers acting for us must process data under appropriate contractual safeguards.

5. International transfers

Some technology providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Before launch, Mr Provision must confirm its provider list, processing locations and safeguards such as an adequacy decision or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. How long we keep data

Unsuccessful enquiry and quote records are kept for no longer than 24 months after the last contact. Contract, invoice, customs and transaction records may be retained longer where required by law. Security logs are retained only for the period reasonably needed to investigate incidents.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

8. Automated decisions and children

We do not use enquiry data for automated decision-making or profiling. Our services are intended for maritime businesses and are not directed to children.

9. Changes to this notice
